National Police Youth Club Council of Jamaica (NPYCCJ)

The National Police Youth Club Council of Jamaica (NPYCCJ) is the arm of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), via the Community Safety and Security Branch, that deals specifically with fostering a better relationship between Communities and the Police. The NPYCCJ is the Advocate, Connector and Enabler for Youth Development and Growth by way of community policing. Through this movement persons have developed personalized skills and attributes that aids them in the world of work and in their educational pursuits. As our motto states “We are
helping to build a better Jamaica”. Let’s work together hand in hand to build this nation.

Bully Proof Kids International

Bully Proof Kids International is an organization that was established in 2015 with a vision to educate children, teachers and parents about bullying, its effects and how to curtail this negative behaviour. The organization is founded by Gabby Clarke and is operated by youths who have a vision to empower children. Our approach is to build self esteem and resilience in each child and teach practical ways to show kindness. Young Women/Men of Purpose

Young Women/Men of Purpose (YWOP/YMOP) is an award-winning NGO that provides career mentorship and guidance, personal development, and entrepreneurship training and support to young women and men between 13 and 32 years, across Jamaica. The organization has designed and implemented high impact projects, which have been funded by local and international funding agencies and has impacted over ten thousand youths across Jamaica. The organization now operates our own technology social enterprise, Link Your Purpose, to expand our work and contribute to the organization’s sustainability. As a non-profit organization, our mission is to offer programmes and opportunities that support youth career and life development.

I-SEEED

I-SEEED Youths is an organization that focuses on the empowerment of Youths through their Physical, Social, Educational, Entrepreneurial, and Environmental Development. It was birthed in May 2017 and rebranded in November 2020. We have impacted over 1000 lives within the four (4) years of existence through Social and Health Fairs, Back-to-School Treats, Empowerment workshops, Career sessions, Advocacies, Job creations and placements, and most importantly, partnerships in saving lives.

Every Mikkle Foundation

The Every Mikkle Foundation is a youth-based and youth-led organization that began in 2013 with the simple aim to mek a muckle in Jamaica. Every Mikkle began that Christmas Eve with 20 volunteers who made the time and had the heart to ensure that 50 children from 2 children’s homes would have a Christmas to remember. 8 years, later, we have grown so much, and we do so much more. Our Every Mikkle family currently consists of over 150 volunteers from a variety of backgrounds with a plethora of skills and diverse experiences. One thing that we all have in common is our love for others, our passion for service, and our conviction that the biggest part of our purpose here on earth is to make it better. We provide consistent holistic and sustainable service to over 350 children’s home residents in Jamaica in alignment with the SDG’s in the areas of Environmental Sustainability, Women’s Empowerment, Agriculture, Education, Financial Literacy, Safety, Mental and Physical Health, Hunger and Food Systems Management, the Performing Arts, and Sports. In the last 2 years, we have been able to expand our reach through service projects for and with youth in 12 other countries and as we continue to grow, we continue to make an impact and ultimately achieve our current goal to mek a muckle not just in Jamaica but in the world!

Youth-For-Development Network

Youth-For-Development Network (YFDN) is a registered non-profit charitable organization, started in October 2011, with the purpose of improving the lives of the most vulnerable and hard to reach youth in Jamaica through sports and the creative arts. YFDN, through its various programs and community-based capacity building activities, aims to become known as the organization that connects the most marginalized youth with opportunities that positively transform their lives. YFDN believe that by creating a safe environment, where creativity, compassion, mindfulness, deep listening, cultural competence and increased self-awareness are at the heart of program delivery, all youth across Jamaica can have an equal chance at a good quality of life. This can be achieved through educational and employment opportunities, irrespective of the socio-economic background of the youth. YDN partners with the Jahmeyka Project, a non-profit organisation that partners with local community organizations in Jamaica to contribute their knowledge as accredited social workers, and in turn learn from the shared efforts of partnering professionals and community organizers in Jamaica to improve communities both in Jamaica and back in our global home countries.

Youth Inspiring Positive Change Ja. Ltd is committed to volunteerism, advocacy, youth development and peace-building! YIPCJA organizes & trains youth around social issues, honing their unique skills to create innovative approaches to tackling Jamaica’s social issues and creating safe spaces for growth and empowerment of Jamaica’s young people.

Youths For Excellence

Youths For Excellence is a registered charity and non-profit organisation headquartered in Kingston, Jamaica that serves inner-city youth sitting their exit examinations in grades four to six across 5 Caribbean countries. It was incorporated in 2015 by Founder Jénine Shepherd out of a need to try to bridge the gaps in education caused by societal inequities. At the core of our organisation is the idea that a holistic approach to education reform is needed. The future demands that every child gets a whole systems approach to closing the gaps in education families must be included in the system change. We accomplish this by providing tutoring, food, healthcare and school supplies to inner-city children as well as opportunities for personal development and career advancement for their families. Since our founding, we have assisted thousands of students with our holistic model that gained us the Prime Minister’s Youth Award for Excellence in Nation Building from the Jamaican Government as well as the most prestigious recognition for humanitarian work in the world via a Diana Award. We have begun the expansion of our work to rural areas of Jamaica and have expanded our scope to Barbados, Grenada, Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana. Most notably, we have cemented our organization as an authority on education in Jamaica and have been called on to champion collaboration across the region in discussions around the future of education.

Total Health Services

Total Health Services (THS) seeks to provide comprehensive health services to individuals to help them be healthier for longer. Total Health Services is a non Profit Organisation that has been in operation for over 5 years. We deliver medical screenings to various community members and have screened over 1300 individuals. We have worked to provide medical equipment, as well as partner with various distribution companies, to provide medications and complete evaluation to individuals.

Called to Lead Jamaica

Called to Lead Jamaica (CALLJa) is a registered youth-led charitable organization birthed by the desire of youth leaders to equip fellow youth with the resources and motivation that engenders effective leadership.
