David Mullings is Founder, Chair and CEO of Blue Mahoe Holdings, Inc. a privately held company based in Florida, USA that has ownership interests in a collection of diversified businesses operating in sectors including real estate, asset management, private credit, media and apparel, mainly connected to the Caribbean. Their main company Blue Mahoe Capital, Inc, is the first US-based company to receive SEC qualification to raise capital from the general public and invest in the Caribbean, successfully raising capital by selling shares for $10 per share at a valuation of US$250 million. He founded Blue Mahoe Capital to give retail investors easier access to investment opportunities in the Caribbean. As a business owner and investor, he credits his tenacity, competitiveness and drive to the discipline of his early roots in Jamaica and his advisor, Jamaican-Canadian billionaire Michael Lee-Chin.

Shamar brings a unique ‘melting pot’ experience through local and regional NGO leadership involvement spanning six (6) years and manages to bring out all his experience with relatable and exciting consultations with the youth of Jamaica during his service as a youth partner at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Multi-country office in Jamaica.

Christina Williams is former Guild President in charge of 20,000 students on the Mona Campus and Intercampus Guild Chair in charge of all 50,000+ students on all 5 campuses in the region. She is former president of the Jamaica Union of Tertiary Students. Christina is a proactive and solutions-oriented individual who has managed numerous high impact socio-economic projects locally and globally with a keen love for people, places and positive change.

The organization is based in 8 countries: USA, Jamaica, Guyana, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda and Grenada and has assisted thousands of children to receive not only textbooks but also tablets, health checkups, travel passes, lunch passes, and resources for their parents, to facilitate employment via the backing of 26 corporate and government agencies across the Caribbean: KFC, Digicel, JUTC, and GraceKennedy amongst them.
For her work with YFE, Jénine earned recognition from the Prime Minister's Office via a Prime Minister's Youth Award for Nation Building in 2018 and has maintained the support of his office by being allowed to host YFE’s inaugural Back to School Event there in 2019. She went on to earn the Diana Award, named in honour of Princess Diana of Wales, in 2021. It is the most prestigious award in the world that a young person can receive for social action and humanitarian work. In 2021, she was also listed among the Caribbean 30 Under 30 Changemakers.

Tavoy Barrett is dedicated to service, leadership, and people development. His journey in higher office began at the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech, Ja.), where he ascended through the ranks of the Students’ Union, eventually serving as President for the 2022/23 academic year. In this role, Tavoy led a team of student advocates, attempting to bridge the gap between students, university management, and the issues impacting their pursuit of higher education.
The office of presidency equipped him with the experience and skills necessary for his current role as 2nd Vice President of the Jamaica Union of Tertiary Students (JUTS). In this capacity, he is responsible for Local and International Affairs, supporting and leading advocacy efforts to advance tertiary education locally; while championing the rights of Jamaican students at tertiary institutions both in Jamaica and abroad.
As a final-year Entrepreneurship major, Tavoy's interests extend into the digital realm. A fervent digital enthusiast, who believes in the power of digital advocacy and its ability to promote social issues, especially those affecting youth. His commitment to digital advocacy is exemplified through his role as the Digital Media Officer for the Jamaica Youth Advocacy Network, where he translates advocacy initiatives into compelling digital outputs.

As a member of the Ready Set Great team, he is dedicated to using his skills to support UNDP’s efforts to eradicate extreme and multidimensional poverty among youth, adding his small piece to the larger puzzle.

In addition to her academic work, she is co-founder of Young People for Action on Climate Change (YPACC) and GirlsCARE Jamaica. She is a 50 Next International Awardee who has received the Prime Minister’s Youth Award for Environmental Protection in Jamaica, is the Caribbean Advisor for the Global Green Grant’s Next Generation Climate Board, and is a member of the Global Fund for Women’s Caribbean Feminist Climate Justice Movement Committee.
Working in these different spaces has allowed her to engage especially with rural women and the youth. She has been engaged in various activities on the local and international scenes, including guest lectures, conferences, social media campaigns, and panel discussions on climate change/justice, youth, women, and agricultural development. Her passion in taking a stand to educate others on climate change, helps to showcase the critical role we have to play and if we all work together, we can raise ambition, accelerate climate solutions and help to create a more sustainable future for youth particularly those in Jamaica and the Caribbean region.

Lanisia Rhoden is a Social Entrepreneur and Non-Profit Management and Business Consultant, who is passionate about Youth & Community Development and Entrepreneurship. She is committed to helping others identify and fulfil their purpose and helping NGOs globally become sustainable through Social Enterprise Development. Lanisia has over 12 years’ experience in the Non-Profit and Entrepreneurship sectors. She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Award winning Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Young Women/Men of Purpose (YWOP/YMOP) an organization which provides career guidance, mentorship and entrepreneurship training and support to young people in Jamaica. She founded the organization in 2009 after becoming the JCDC Miss Manchester Festival Queen.

Kishan Khoday is Resident Representative for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Multi-Country Office in Jamaica, from where he represents UNDP in The Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Jamaica and Turks and Caicos Islands.
For over two decades, Kishan has been a champion for inclusive and sustainable development, serving with UNDP for the past 25 years in Asia and the Pacific as well as the Middle East and North Africa. This included 15 years with UNDP Country Offices in China, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, advancing UNDP’s mandate to accelerate action on economic diversification and transformation, climate change and ecosystem conservation, women’s empowerment, disaster risk reduction, and human security. In recent years, Kishan served in UNDP’s regional offices for the MENA region based in Egypt and Jordan, overseeing the UN’s largest programme of assistance in the region to address the climate emergency and trends of multi-dimensional crisis. Prior to joining the UN, Kishan worked with government and community organizations in his home countries of Canada and India on issues of poverty reduction, ecological resilience and community empowerment.
Kishan has been a thought leader on the development agenda, publishing extensively on the planetary crisis, strategic policy and governance responses, with a focus on postcolonial and decolonial pathways for the Global South. He has served as a visiting scholar and research fellow at the Advanced Consortium on Cooperation, Conflict and Complexity at the Earth Institute, the Center for International Sustainable Development Law, and Tsinghua University; and a member of the International Law Association, the Indian Society for International Law, and the European Society of International Law. His work has been recognized by Time Magazine as a Global Principal Voice on the climate and energy transition, and as an Olympic torch runner on behalf of the UN and the cause of climate action.
Kishan is a Canadian of Indian origin, has traveled to over fifty countries, and has lived and worked across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Kishan is a scientist and lawyer, with expertise in planetary systems, climate change, ecosystem resilience, constitutionalism, postcolonial and decolonial theory, and resilience-based approaches to development. He holds a Juris Doctorate (Vermont Law) specializing in constitutional, international and environmental law; a Master of Science (Antioch New England) in resource management specializing in water and land governance; and a Bachelor of Science (McGill) in agriculture specializing in biodiversity and ecological change.

With a vast portfolio of projects and research publications focused on confronting developmental issues in Jamaica, the wider Caribbean, and the developing world, Dr. Johnson is committed to taking a pragmatic approach to development challenges. His expertise lies in advanced research methods, monitoring and evaluation, voting behaviour, user experience analysis, predictive analytics, harm reduction and behaviour modification campaigns.
The British Commonwealth Scholar holds a Ph.D. in International Relations (International Trade Policy) from the University of Sussex, UK. He also obtained an MSc in Government and a BSc in International Relations from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica.

Samantha Wilmot, J.P., is currently the Localisation Officer, with the Vision 2030 Jamaica Secretariat at the Planning Institute of Jamaica. In her role, she supports agencies incorporating the national goals into corporate business plans. She is also a Justice of the Peace and an Attorney-at-Law. Ms. Wilmot has been a member of the Vision 2030 Jamaica Secretariat since 2012, with a focus on the implementation of the Vision 2030 Jamaica Communications Programme prior to assuming her position as Localisation Officer in 2022.
She is also a car enthusiast, becoming the first female to establish an all-female car group, through which she has been positively transforming Jamaica’s car scene. In her free time, she can be found at car shows, hosting events, and singing.
Samantha Wilmot, J.P., is currently the Localisation Officer, with the Vision 2030 Jamaica Secretariat at the Planning Institute of Jamaica. In her role, she supports agencies incorporating the national goals into corporate business plans. She is also a Justice of the Peace and an Attorney-at-Law.
